Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been drawn up to inform you of the conditions under which we collect and use your personal data. It does not apply to services offered by third-party companies operating websites accessible from our website; we are therefore not responsible for the conditions under which your personal data may be used by such websites.

For any questions concerning the collection and processing of your personal data, please contact us at the following email address: dpo@vitadx.com.

Purposes and data collected

We pay particular attention to the way in which we collect and use your personal data. Such collection and use may take place for several purposes:

  • Recruitment

You may provide us with personal data when applying for an internship, employment or work-study position, or when submitting an unsolicited application.

These data will be used solely by employees involved in managing applications in order to process your application.

Your data will be retained throughout our discussions and until 31 December of the second year following the end of those discussions.

The legal basis for this processing is therefore your consent, as provided for in Article 6(1) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in accordance with the procedure described below.

  • Professional partners

As part of our relationships with our professional partners, we may process personal data directly concerning our partners, when they are natural persons, and/or their employees.

These data are collected directly from the individuals concerned or through the entity within which they carry out their activities.

These data are used by our authorised employees and service providers in connection with our professional relationships with you or your entity, in particular for the purposes of our pre-contractual discussions or for establishing, managing and performing our contractual relationships (e.g. invoicing, product delivery, etc.). We may also use them to manage our partners and comply with our accounting and tax obligations. Consequently, in certain circumstances, failure to provide your personal data could prevent us from establishing or continuing our professional relationships.

Your data will be retained throughout our business relationship and until 31 December of the second year following the end of that relationship or, where applicable, until 31 December of the tenth year following the preparation of the latest annual financial statements containing an accounting entry arising from our business relationship.

This processing is necessary on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper management and organisation of our relationships with our service providers and in complying with our accounting and tax obligations.

  • Mandatory disclosure and protection of our interests

Finally, please note that all information and personal data processed for the purposes described above may be retained and disclosed to a third party if our company is required to do so by a legal or regulatory provision or by a court decision, or if we need to take action to protect our rights and defend our interests.

Data subjects’ rights and how to exercise them

You may access your personal data or request its erasure or rectification. You also have the right to object, the right to restrict the processing of your data (see cnil.fr for more information about your rights), the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision and the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights or ask any question concerning the processing of your personal data, you may send an email to dpo@vitadx.com or write to the Company’s registered office. We will endeavour to respond to your questions and requests within the statutory time limits.

If you wish to make a complaint concerning the use of your personal data, please contact us at dpo@vitadx.com. If, after contacting us, you believe that your data protection rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the administrative authority responsible for ensuring compliance with those rights.

Protection of personal data

We cannot guarantee that your personal data will never be intercepted or used by a third party. However, we undertake to pay particular attention to the security and confidentiality of your personal data and to use trusted service providers for its collection, storage and processing.
